Telehealth Services

With recent life events, there may be challenges in connecting with a psychotherapist in an office setting.

Online therapy is possible from the comfort of your own home.

I am committed to making therapy as comfortable and accessible for you.  Your health and well-being is my top priority.

Hi, I'm Adrine

Welcome. I’m really glad you are here. We all experience difficult times but sometimes life’s challenges become too overwhelming to get through them alone.

Your experiences, relationships and even your past sends you messages about who you are and how you walk through the world. These messages can sometimes lead to feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, anxiety, causing us to feel stuck with the pain and trauma of our past.

I’m here to tell you that there is hope and I’m committed to providing you with a non-judgmental  place where we can address the painful reality you are facing. I strive in providing understanding, insight, support, empowerment, guidance and healing in a safe and compassionate space.

I specialize with individuals who are struggling with trauma, ptsd, depression, anxiety, acute stress, adjustment issues, and relationship issues.

If you are interested in meeting me, please see below to request a free 15 minute phone consultation. You can also visit my contact us page to request an appointment.
