About Adrine

My name is Adrine Davtyan and I am a bilingual (Armenian and English) licensed clinical social worker based in Pasadena, CA. I have a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work.

I have several years of experience helping many individuals, couples and families cope with a variety of mental health problems. My professional background has given me the opportunity to effectively work with people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, isolation, life transitions, postpartum depression, chronic illness, bereavement, relationships, codependency and attachment issues. I have worked at various hospitals, both inpatient and outpatient settings, and non-profit social service agencies.

My passion throughout the years has been to help my clients overcome the dark tunnel they feel they may be walking through alone. You are not alone in this and I am here to help support you through your journey, even if you’re encountering roadblocks. Together we will develop goals and work towards them so you can achieve your utmost fulfilling life.

Therapeutic Approach

I work with individuals, couples and families who are looking for assistance in navigating difficulties and challenges in their life. Whether you're seeking therapy to resolve trauma or your looking to process challenges that arise throughout your day to day life, I can help find understanding and a voice through empowerment and insight to ultimately move towards healing. I offer a safe, confidential and compassionate space to help make sense of your experience. Building a strong therapeutic relationship while promoting trust and safety is very important to me.

My approach is supportive, collaborative and reflective. I utilize evidenced based therapeutic approaches and provide direct, honest feedback. I will work with you to address current patterns that you would like to change and together we will identify the origin of these issues to create lasting change. It would be an honor to be a part of your journey, please feel free to connect with me for a free phone consultation.
